Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Arcflo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Arcflo on behalf of a firm or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Arcflo is an AI-native operating system for architecture, interior design, and construction firms. It provides project management, financial tracking, client communication portals, site intelligence, and AI-powered operational tools.
Service Tiers
- Free: Up to 3 users and 5 projects. Core features included.
- Pro: ₹2,999/month — up to 15 users, 50 projects, all AI features.
- Team: ₹7,999/month — up to 50 users, 200 projects, custom branding.
Features and limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To use Arcflo, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each firm should maintain one primary workspace. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your login credentials confidential.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a workspace. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to accept these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties
- Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or workspaces
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Indian law or regulation
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed via Razorpay and subject to Razorpay's terms. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase (cooling-off period). For disputes, contact billing@arcflo.in.
Free Tier
The Free tier is available indefinitely subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify Free tier limits with 30 days notice.
6. Data Ownership
You own your data. All project data, client information, financial records, and documents you enter into Arcflo remain your property. We process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Upon account cancellation or termination, you have a 30-day window to export your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems. Contact support@arcflo.in to request a data export.
7. Intellectual Property
The Arcflo platform, including its software, design, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of D2V Architectural Consultancy. All rights reserved.
Your content (project data, documents, drawings) belongs entirely to you. You grant Arcflo a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Arcflo is not liable for any project decisions, financial outcomes, or construction outcomes made using data from the platform.
In no event shall D2V Architectural Consultancy's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay outstanding subscription fees, with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
